Wedding receptions held in marquees or venues that offer nothing more than the four walls for hire give couples the opportunity to host a completely bespoke event – right down to the lighting, linen and service-ware. But they also bring an extra degree of complication regarding the planning, creating the need for the right kind of structure, power, toilets and super reliable suppliers since there’ll be nothing extra on site to back you up.
The Blank Canvas Wedding package is designed to offer peace of mind to couples who want the personalised day, but are worried that they will struggle to navigate to extra logistics. Following the initial consultation to be held at the reception site, we will provide a detailed specification for the venue or marquee company, as well as the caterers to help you find the suppliers that will be able to reliably meet the main needs of the event.
After this, ISWD will be on hand throughout the planning process, offering 3 further meetings when you need them as well as unlimited e-mail and telephone support to help you source your other suppliers and plan the day.
Six weeks before the wedding, we will work with you to produce a perfect schedule for the day, before distributing it amongst your suppliers and liaising with them to clarify your expectations. ISWD will then be on site throughout the week of the wedding to oversee the build and set-up of the site, the smooth running of the wedding itself and the take-down of the marquee.
Our fee for this service would be dependent on your requirements.
A minimum charge of £3000 would apply.
