Our expertise can guide you through the complexity of wedding etiquette and tradition, assist you in selecting the perfect suppliers amongst the thousands available, and undertake the time consuming administration involved in planning the day.
This service comprises:
Concept Design: We will discuss exactly what you want to get out of the day and how the tiny details can help to
achieve a look that represents your style and outlook. We will create a design board that represents this concept and work from it throughout the planning process to ensure that the whole day is a perfect representation of you.
Venue Search: The location of your wedding can contribute hugely to its success. We will help you find the perfect venue to complement your chosen themes.
Supplier Sourcing and Co-ordination: Having gained a full understanding of what services you will need on the day and the values that matter to you when seeking products and services, we will draw on our phenomenal experience to present you with a shortlist of professional, reliable suppliers. Leaving the final decision to you, we will liaise with your chosen suppliers helping to negotiate their contracts and ensuring that they realise your expectations.
Wedding administration and RSVP management: Between the appointments, telephone calls and e-mails, examining samples, and keeping a careful eye on the budget, wedding administration can become extremely exhausting. ISWD undertakes all the legwork involved in the wedding, leaving you free to focus on your marriage and the life you are building together.
Wedding Day Management: Having worked alongside you to design your day, The Wedding Day Assistant will be on site to implement your plans and ensure that the event runs smoothly from start to finish - leaving you free to relax and enjoy it.
Our fee for this comprehensive service would equate to 15% of the total budget for the wedding.
A minimum charge of £4500.00 would apply.
